Returns Policy

We despatch our orders, securely and well packed. However, from time to time, goods may arrive damaged. Please contact us immediately at 02 9519 8826 or books@windhorse.com.au. We will ask for information on the degree of damage, and if possible a photo. We will offer you a replacement.

Occasionally, we may send the wrong item, being humans that we are. Should this happen, please contact us immediately at 02 9519 8890 or books@windhorse.com.au. We will despatch the correct item at no expense to you.

If you have changed your mind, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase at 02 9519 8826 or books@windhorse.com.au. Items can only be returned if in mint condition. Items are returned at purchaser’s expense.

Full refunds will be available in the instance of major faults/defects in order to comply with Australian Consumer Law.
